Shipping Policy

Once you order a SIMRASA product, we will send you a confirmation e-mail. We will ship out the product any time between 5-10 business days and try our best to make sure you get your SIMRASA as soon as possible. We promise we won't make you wait long for fabulous hair!

Please go through our comprehensive shipping policy below:

We ship pan-India. 


On an average, the package should reach you between 5-10 days* after you place an order and we ship out the product from our end.

*Due to COVID-19, please account for a possible delay of approximately 5-7 business days in receiving your order. We appreciate your patience and are doing everything we can to get your order to you safely whilst adhering to the government guidelines & shipping guidelines.


If you have not received your product after the speculated time, please send us an e-mail on hello@simrasa.com and we will assist you further.


There will be 3 attempts done to make the delivery to your address in case you are not available at certain times to accept delivery. After 3 attempts our shipping partners will return the goods to our warehouse. To ship the product again, additional shipping charges of INR 100 will be levied.

In case of wrong address submitted on the website, kindly contact us at the earliest, to make the corrections before we ship it out. Once shipped, the address cannot be changed and the order will be marked as cancelled. You will then have to place a fresh order and a handling fee of INR 100 will be deducted when the refund is initiated.

Return & Exchange Policy

We love and respect the products we make at SIMRASA, so we personally do every possible quality check and wrap our products carefully  so that they reach you in their best condition. However, in case you notice any problem with the state of your SIMRASA product when it is delivered, contact us immediately and we will find a solution. If you receive a damaged/ broken product, please immediately send us a picture of the damage that has taken place during transit along with the outer box. Please understand that without receiving pictorial proof, we cannot initiate a return or exchange or take any further action. We do not accept any product once it is opened or used.

Our products are exchangeable (only if damaged) but not returnable. Exchanges are not valid after 24 hours of delivery.
